Upon arrival at Dorado Beach, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve guests will be greeted by their personal butler (Embajador) who working in a team of experts will be with you to guide you during your stay. The Embajador is  your personal host to the resort and assist you with history about our destination, personal experiences which will resonate with your clients, as well as daily necesitites (your luggage, making on-site reservations, calling golf carts to pick you up, etc.)

• Enjoy an immersive dining experience in the comfort and privacy of your villa. Crafted menus have been developed for your enjoyment and can also include your private chef upon request.  Immersive dining is available 24 hours a day
• Experience their non-motorized activities in their lagoon beach setting; whether it be snorkeling and viewing the several one-of-a-kind coral reefs or paddleboarding for a full workout, you are sure to experience one of the best beaches on the island
• Their fitness and movement centre equipped with the latest Technogym equipment is available from Monday through Saturday but will be closed on Sunday. Small group and private fitness classes are available upon request
• Indulge in the Caribbean’s only Forbes Five Star Spa in connection with Nature, featuring Treatment Threehouses.  Spa Botánico is situated on a five-acre reserve and offers an expansive wellness menu for a truly rejuvenating experience. Their Guest Experiences team or your Embajador will assist you in securing reservations at your preferred times
